Pine Ridge RV & Boat Storage is now accepting reservations for a new, secure storage facility in Fort Myers that can accommodate larger models of motorhomes, fifth wheels and luxury vessels. 

Pine Ridge RV & Boat Storage will feature 127 universal rental units for RVs and boats in 30-, 40- and 50-foot storage bays. All units will have a 14-foot height clearance and 10-foot shaded overhang for sun protection. Each space includes power hookups and access to premium amenities, which include a wash station, waste repository and trash removal services. 

The facility is expected to open in January with a state-of-the-art security system monitored by 24/7 camera surveillance, as well as a gated entry and onsite property manager during business hours. Its location at 10900 Lee Mar Lake Court is about 10 minutes from both the Matanzas Pass Bridge on Fort Myers Beach and Punta Rassa Boat Ramp at the Sanibel Causeway. 

“We already have received a lot of inquiries from RV and boat owners, and we anticipate being fully leased before high season ends this spring,” said Butch Felts, president at Pine Ridge RV & Boat Storage. “Both the RV and boating industries experienced tremendous growth in 2020, which has caused a severe shortage of storage facilities in Southwest Florida.”
